• Manage financial reporting and accounts receivable functions. • Prepare and issue monthly financial reports and invoices. • Track invoice status and communicate with colleagues or clients to resolve discrepancies. • Use QuickBooks Online and other accounting software. • Gather financial records for audits and ensure accurate transaction recording.
🎯 Requirements
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or other data-intensive operations. • Demonstrated ability to use accounting software and related tools. • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel. • Proven ability to learn new technology quickly. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
