📋 Description

• Manage small projects involving fewer than 5 countries and/or limited services under general supervision • Manage medium-sized projects involving 5–15 countries and/or full-service projects under general supervision • Take primary responsibility for producing project deliverables to predefined quality standards, on time and on budget • Perform the project co-manager role in complex international projects/programs • Promote delivery and service principles when dealing with PSI customers • Lead project teams • Train, mentor, and coach study team members • Participate in feasibility research • Assist with business development tasks, including proposals, client presentations, and bid defense meetings • Implement company standard practices and comply with intradepartmental procedures

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5-year industry experience in clinical research • At least 2 years of project-level clinical project management experience, including management of all project phases from startup to closure • Experience in Oncology is preferred • Experience in Gastroenterology and/or radipharmaceuticals is a plus • PSI is not hiring individuals who require work visa sponsorship for employment now or in the future
