📋 Description
• Provide specialist psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of Children and Young People with various mental health conditions • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team • Deliver evidence-based interventions and support to patients • Maintain high standards of care with robust quality assurance through feedback systems • Adapt to digital-first and remote clinical service delivery models
🎯 Requirements
• Medical degree with a postgraduate qualification (MRCPsych or equivalent) • Full GMC registration with a licence to practice • Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry or Paediatrics • Minimum of two years’ post-CCT practice in CAMHS and/or community neurodevelopmental pathways • Strong understanding of clinical governance frameworks and regulatory requirements in mental health services • In-depth knowledge of evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of CYP mental health conditions, including ADHD and ASD
