📋 Description

• Qualify and validate technical requirements ensuring solution fit and implementation plans are aligned to the customer’s needs and strategic priorities • Lead and deliver tailored demonstrations, multi-day evaluations, and proof-of-concepts using PTC solutions • Manage customer relationships, advocating for customer interests and addressing issues promptly • Lead technical validation aspects of sales opportunities, demonstrating product knowledge and industry expertise • Drive adoption of PTC solutions, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to expand software usage

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a technical SME using solutions like CAD and PLM in support of enterprise software such as ERP and MES • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills • Enterprise Software, Implementation & Governance knowledge • Product Development, Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, and Service process knowledge desirable • University Degree Majors: Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent • Ability to travel 20% - 30% of the time
