📋 Description

• Provide expertise in the Workday Time Tracking & Absence product suite • Show confidence leading as a member of a deployment team • Gather and document client business requirements • Provide Workday best practices • Design and configure the Workday solution • Demonstrate configurations through the development of prototypes • Assist in testing the Workday solution • Complete knowledge transfer to clients • Assist the data conversion team in converting legacy data into Workday • Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations • Mentor new consultants on Absence product knowledge • Strive for continuous learning in the Time Tracking & Absence product area • Communicate clearly and concisely • Collaborate effectively on team-based projects • Resolve complex tasks and requirements when needed • Maintain clients’ ongoing satisfaction • Provide accurate and timely status reports to project managers • Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications • Identify problem components and construct maintainable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Current WD Time Tracking & Absence Certification • 2+ years configuring and implementing Workday Time Tracking & Absence Solutions • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company • Previous experience deploying Workday Time Tracking & Absence for both Large & Medium enterprise clients with another Workday partner • Full cycle implementation experience required • Higher Education customer implementation experience preferred • Experience implementing for other Public Sector clients a plus • Passion for providing exceptional customer service • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
