📋 Description

• Deliver remote Autism and Autism/ADHD diagnostic assessments • Review referral documentation, patient history, questionnaires, and supporting information • Prepare and tailor assessment approaches • Conduct 60-minute autism diagnostic assessments and combined Autism/ADHD assessments where applicable • Adapt assessment styles to individual presentation and need • Gather evidence from multiple clinical sources • Evidence DSM-5 diagnostic criteria • Produce comprehensive diagnostic reports • Complete clinical records, diagnostic outcome documentation, session notes, risk and safeguarding documentation, questionnaire reviews, and MDT documentation • Complete all documentation within 24 hours of assessment • Attend diagnostic MDT discussions and additional reviews for complex cases • Complete up to 4 assessments per day • Participate in MDT meetings and associated clinical administration

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of post-registration clinical experience • Minimum 1 year conducting full autism diagnostic assessments • ADOS-2 training and practical assessment experience • Experience assessing against DSM-5 criteria • Knowledge of ADHD and differential diagnoses, including intellectual disability • Experience conducting Adult ADOS assessments and/or CYP ADOS Modules 1-4 • Excellent report-writing and diagnostic reasoning skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, or GMC-Registered Clinician • Applicants may specialise in adults only, children and young people only, or both adults and CYP
