• Conducting assessments, developing and implementing therapy plans, and monitoring progress • Collaborating with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support • Maintaining accurate records, participating in multidisciplinary meetings, and staying updated with best practices in paediatric speech and language therapy
• Relevant registration with a professional body (e.g., HCPC) • Experience working in a similar post within the NHS • Qualified to Master's Degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent • Strong understanding of paediatric speech, language, and communication disorders • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team • Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest research and best practices in the field
