📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end project management process for new campaign launches, new process integrations, and partnership initiatives • Drive cross-functional alignment across Strategic Planning, Media Buying, Creative Development, Operations, and Account Management • Ensure initiatives progress smoothly from discovery through business readiness • Collaborate with Media Integration Leads and agency department leads • Ensure documented requirements, expectations, measurement criteria, and timelines for each initiative • Manage traditional and digital media go-to-market processes across cross-functional teams and departments • Manage the creative production process across cross-functional teams • Coordinate PureCars and external partnerships for meetings, initiatives, and enterprise client goals • Own timelines and master scheduling for all channels and initiatives • Serve as day-to-day contact for meeting logistics and stakeholder follow-up • Evaluate processes to identify efficiencies, dependencies, and roadblocks • Develop cross-functional playbooks for improved ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Automotive experience preferred • Retail media experience required • Ability to lead projects from inception to completion on time and within budget • Ability to define project scope, plan tasks, manage resources, coordinate teams, and communicate with stakeholders • Experience developing project plans and overseeing budgets and schedules • Ability to identify and mitigate risks efficiently • Ability to document project requirements, processes, and expectations • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Clear written and verbal communication • Proactive, independent, and able to operate in ambiguity • PMP Certification • Sigma Six • PMI Certification • Monday.com proficiency, or willingness to become certified within 30 days • JIRA/Confluence certification • Miro experience is a plus, not required • Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 familiarity is a plus, not required • Traditional media/Media Buying familiarity is a plus, not required • Ability to think strategically and proactively, solve problems, and develop independently • Right to work in the US
