• Initiate the onboarding process with customers • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers during the onboarding process (customers will be transferred to Account Executives once products are live) • Coordinate all pre-launch calls with dealers and Account Executive(s), and Strategic Sales Executives • Manage the internal onboarding timeline and task lists to make sure all teams are on schedule • Submit customer requests to internal teams (e.g., creative design requests for Display product) • Provide proper documentation of all communication with dealers to ensure a seamless transition to the Customer Experience team • Maintains extensive knowledge of the PureCars product suite, process, and auto industry trends
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing/advertising role • Project management experience, a plus • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with others • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills • Experience implementing processes, a plus • Strong written and verbal communication • Self-motivated and resourceful • Able to shift priorities as needed • Experience with ad management software such as Kenshoo, Marin, Acquisio, or similar is highly preferred.
