📋 Description
• Responsible for working closely with the Pureprofile client base • Oversee and manage the entire campaign delivery process • Demonstrate proactive client engagement and build a reputation for reliable project execution • Manage complete project operations and delivery, working directly with the end client and cross-functional teams internally • Arrange kick-off calls and update project specs into a statement of work • Review survey questionnaires for design/experience and consult for best practice • Ensure detailed project briefs/specs are accurately documented
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years’ experience in Project Management/Account Management role or equivalent in the Market Research Industry • Proven ability to a high number of complex projects to a high standard at any given time • Experience working within the SE Asia Market Research industry • Proven experience and excellence in panel solutions, delivery and operational accountabilities
