• Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients • Monitor market trends and local activity • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell value-adding services • Negotiate between buyers and sellers • Deliver standout, customer-first service using a consultative approach • Monitor property interest and progress and adapt the approach • Maintain up-to-date, compliant systems and administration • Deliver an excellent customer experience • Achieve sales and customer-experience targets • Work with buyers and sellers to encourage offers and complete property sales
