• Conducting property valuations • Winning new instructions • Building strong relationships with vendors • Providing expert property advice • Marketing and selling properties • Negotiating offers and sales • Delivering an outstanding customer experience • Managing your territory effectively • Working closely with support teams to achieve results • Receiving high-quality opportunities and genuine customer appointments • Using dedicated Customer Assistant and Sales Progression support • Managing your own diary and territory with flexibility and autonomy • Focusing on winning instructions, building relationships, providing expert advice, and selling homes without cold calling or door knocking

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' estate agency experience • A proven track record of winning instructions • Strong negotiation and influencing skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities • A customer-first approach • The drive to maximise your earnings • The ability to work independently and manage your own workload • Flexibility to work weekends when required
