🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years' estate agency experience • Proven track record of winning instructions • Strong negotiation and influencing skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities • Customer-first approach • Drive to maximise earnings • Ability to work independently and manage own workload • Flexibility to work weekends when required • Ambitious and commercially minded • Experienced estate agent
