📋 Description

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools providing key business metrics and insights across departments • Partner with data engineering to design scalable data models and ensure data integrity, governance, and accessibility • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and emerging fitness industry trends • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership through data storytelling and actionable insights • Develop predictive models and forecasting tools to optimize customer acquisition, retention, churn prevention, and revenue expansion • Own end-to-end analytics across the organization, reporting to the SVP of Finance & Operations • Translate customer behavior patterns into clear, actionable intelligence for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles • Proven experience building analytics functions from 0→1 • Initially execute hands-on analytics work while building scalable processes • Track record of working directly with executives and board members, translating complex analyses into strategic recommendations • Strong proficiency in SQL • Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis • Expertise with BI tools (Tableau, Metabase, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent) • Proven ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments while establishing scalable processes and best practices • Track record of being a founding or early analytics hire who scaled the function as the company grew (preferred) • Intense curiosity and bias for action • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and growth analytics • Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or fitness/wellness is a plus
