📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery for multi-workstream Workday Financials programmes spanning P2P / O2C, from discovery and design through to deployment and post-go-live assurance • Define solution architecture across Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Banking & Settlement, Customers, Receivables, Billing/Revenue, Tax and Accounting • Lead executive-level workshops, challenge requirements, and translate business objectives into pragmatic Workday designs and delivery plans • Shape data, integration and reporting strategies • Set delivery standards, manage RAID, ensure quality gates, and govern onshore/offshore delivery teams; mentor managers and senior consultants • Drive commercial outcomes; support proposition and business development • Ensure regulatory, tax and control requirements are embedded

🎯 Requirements

• strong background in Finance Transformation Consulting experience leading mid-large sized teams • Workday P2P/O2C certified • strong credentials across Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Customers, Receivables, Billing/Revenue, Banking & Settlement and Tax • demonstrable record of managing people, including onshore and offshore resources • ability to quickly build relationships with clients and across networked organisation • passion to invest in others, to help them develop in their careers as part of the team
