📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for nursing services across assigned facilities and programs • Support development, implementation, and expansion of new programs and service lines • Lead nursing operations for program start-ups and expansion initiatives • Oversee, mentor, and support Directors of Nursing, Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, and nursing teams • Support workforce planning, staffing strategies, leadership development, and succession planning • Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and ongoing mentorship of nursing staff • Participate in assigned nursing leadership on-call rotation responsibilities • Partner with Operations, Quality, Compliance, and Performance Improvement departments • Collaborate with interdisciplinary leadership teams to optimize operations and resource utilization • Conduct and support chart audits and documentation reviews • Identify trends, compliance concerns, and improvement opportunities; implement corrective action plans • Support facilities in obtaining and maintaining ASAM standards and other accreditation or licensing requirements • Ensure compliance with nursing practice acts, medication management regulations, infection control standards, and accreditation requirements • Support clinical quality, safety, training, operational review, and process improvement initiatives • Promote continuous learning, professional accountability, and nursing excellence • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion • Travel as needed between programs and for meetings • Provide direct oversight and leadership across assigned facilities and programs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Current unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice or reciprocal state required • Current CPR/BLS and First Aid certification required • Minimum of five (5) years of nursing leadership experience required • Experience supervising multi-site or multi-program nursing operations preferred • Experience with regulatory surveys, accreditation processes, and quality improvement initiatives preferred • Experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, and co-occurring disorder programs preferred • Strong leadership and operational management skills within healthcare and behavioral health environments • Knowledge of nursing practice standards, medication management, infection control, and healthcare regulations • Knowledge of accreditation and regulatory requirements including CARF, DDAP, OMHSAS, and Joint Commission standards • Ability to lead multi-site nursing operations and standardize clinical practices • Strong workforce planning, staffing, and leadership development capabilities • Ability to analyze operational and quality performance data and implement improvement initiatives • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills • Ability to respond effectively to crisis situations and operational challenges • Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and standards of nursing practice • Must provide own transportation • Completion of all required trainings designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities
