📋 Description

• Design and lead the lifecycle of strategic product initiatives from concept through launch, iteration, and growth • Own and evolve product strategy and roadmaps for key areas • Translate business objectives into actionable initiatives with measurable impact • Identify and assess market opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning • Forecast trends and assess product-initiative impact using advanced analytical techniques • Advocate for product priorities in operational and executive-level discussions • Own one or more product areas • Make product decisions informed by user insights, data, business priorities, and technical constraints • Decompose complex problem spaces into structured hypotheses and solutions • Develop sketches, frames, and prototypes to explore and validate solutions • Resolve cross-functional roadblocks • Lead user research and maintain relationships with customers and industry partners • Conduct competitive analysis • Lead design, engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle • Drive Discovery, Solve, Build, and Monitoring phases • Collaborate with design and engineering during planning, implementation, and QA • Track qualitative and quantitative metrics and iterate product strategies • Communicate product decisions, strategy, and progress to stakeholders • Use diagrams, frameworks, and process flows to articulate complex ideas • Mentor and support product managers • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and growing the product team • Refine internal product processes and tools • Promote ownership, quality thinking, and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in software Product Management or a related/other regulated environment • Proven track record of shipping high-impact products • Strong analytical skills • Proficiency in product management tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively • Experience with agile development methodologies • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle • Highly collaborative with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and customer-focused mindset • Proven experience mentoring and developing other team members • Background in developing software for a regulated environment • Biopharma industry background and experience is a plus
