• QC Franchise Group seeks a remote Contract Attorney for 6 months • Focus on transactional law, project management, and drafting amendments for franchise agreements • Manage legal projects, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with stakeholders • Draft and review legal documents, ensuring compliance and precision

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school • Active license to practice law in any state • Minimum of [2] years of experience in transactional law, project management, drafting, agreements • Strong understanding of commercial contracts and transactional law • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
