📋 Description

• Own priority business and GTM searches end to end, from intake through signed offer • Keep searches moving and hiring managers informed throughout the process • Drive a sourcing mix of approximately 60% outbound, 30% inbound, and 10% referrals • Use AI for sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, and reporting • Manage recruiting metrics including time to hire, offer acceptance, and pipeline health • Recruit across global business and go-to-market roles, with flexibility to support technical and product hiring • Work directly with the leader of qlub’s global talent acquisition function • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and key cross-functional stakeholders • Participate in the hiring process, including hiring-manager, case-study, cross-functional, and culture-and-values interviews

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Track record hiring commercial or GTM roles, including sales, business development, marketing, or operations • Experience recruiting in a high-growth startup • Proven outbound sourcing experience with self-built pipeline • Experience owning searches and hiring-manager relationships directly • Fluent in English • Ability to build systems, workflows, and automations using Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity • Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Ashby, Gem, Juicebox, and Metaview • Ability to move quickly and make strong decisions with incomplete information • Ambitious, low-ego approach and receptiveness to feedback
