📋 Description

• support metrics, data and impact assessment activities in assigned client projects. • collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to assess project progress, impact and effectiveness. • work closely with client teams and internal metrics, data, and project management staff to ensure that data systems are optimized and that findings are translated into actionable insights for Qrate’s clients. • ensure the successful implementation of metrics and impact systems, and high-quality reporting. • assist in the development and implementation of monitoring systems to track project performance and measure impact. • support and ensure data collection and data cleaning/checking efforts and analyze data to provide insights into project progress and areas for improvement. • support in the design and execution of research and evaluation efforts to assess project outcomes and scalability as necessary. • review and interpret monitoring data, distilling findings into actionable recommendations for client teams. • collaborate with client teams to integrate analysis & findings into implementation strategies. • maintain and optimize data collection systems and tools, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency in project level metrics and indicators for all assigned projects. • prepare clear and concise reports and presentations on data analysis and impact for internal and external audiences. • build capacity among client teams tools, systems, and best practices related to metrics and impact. • support Qrate’s clients in identifying and addressing gaps in data systems to enhance processes. • stay updated on new tools, methodologies, and best practices in metrics to ensure Qrate remains at the forefront of impact measurement.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Economics, or a related field. • At least 2-3 years of experience in research, measurement, impact assessments or data analysis. • Strong knowledge of monitoring and impact assessment frameworks, tools, and methodologies. • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting large datasets, with a focus on data accuracy and quality. • Familiarity with web-based data systems and visualization tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating reports and delivering presentations. • Knowledge of local Indian languages and proficiency in primary qualitative and quantitative data collection. • Attention to detail, ensuring high standards in data accuracy and reporting.
