• Manage customer deployment project delivery for each sold deal within each QTS location • Coordinate with the QTS Property Development team and specialty consultants to support customer design needs, pricing, customer approvals, and implementation of deployment scopes • Manage project delivery by aligning client objectives, business processes, vendor management strategies, and cross-group collaboration across QTS • Drive effective client relationship management and efficient cost management to deliver projects on time and on budget • Serve as a single contact for Federal sales support on potential secured deals • Function as QTS’ point of contact for new client builds and implementations • Liaise between the QTS Sales Team, Operations Team, Property Development Team, and the customer • Work closely with existing Development Construction Project Managers to ensure customer needs are met • Report into the QTS Property Development department and work closely with the CHO and CRO
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional licenses in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture • Ten or more years of progressive responsibility in development of Mission Critical Facilities • Five or more years of responsibility for data center project construction with large-scale data centers or DC lease providers • Ability to travel as needed for the business • Experience managing multiple large, multi-faceted projects • Experience with Construction Health & Safety • Knowledge of Customer Deployment Technologies and Equipment • RCDD a plus • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to independently manage deadlines and support staff • Ability to influence cross-discipline teams • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills • Ability to self-direct • Strong background in data center design, engineering, controls, and operational requirements, with emphasis on project/construction management
