📋 Description

• Support the creative team in delivering defined design work for varied clients and projects • Work from briefs, brand guidelines and creative direction • Develop ideas into effective visual outputs • Prepare work carefully for review and delivery • Manage assigned work and deadlines • Check work carefully before sharing it • Take ownership of straightforward design challenges • Experiment with ideas, learn from mistakes and apply feedback • Become increasingly independent with familiar design work and broader creative challenges • Collaborate with experienced designers and receive creative direction, feedback and coaching from the Design Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Strong foundation in visual design, including layout, typography, hierarchy, colour and imagery • Strong attention to visual quality, clarity and detail • Ability to work from established brand guidelines, templates and creative direction • Ability to consider audience and purpose in design work • Curiosity and willingness to explore different approaches • Receptiveness to feedback and ability to apply it to future work • Organised, dependable and proactive communication when support is needed or deadlines may be affected • Collaborative approach and willingness to learn • Interest in new design tools, techniques and better ways of working • Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and potential to grow • CV and portfolio submission
