• Engage with members via phone, email, and other channels • Build rapport and trust with clients • Process insurance transactions maintaining compliance • Collaborate with insurance carriers and internal teams • Maintain required certifications and grow product knowledge • Meet performance metrics related to service quality and member satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required; some college degree preferred • At least 6 months of customer service experience required • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask across multiple applications • Must have an Active Property & Casualty license or earn a license within XX days of hire • Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy • Solid understanding of insurance compliance and regulatory standards • Basic technical troubleshooting skills • Veterans and their family members are encouraged to apply.
