📋 Description

• Identify Improvement Opportunities • Manage Operational Information • Conduct process workshops and facilitation • Support presentations of improved processes to stakeholders • Perform moderately complex audits and assessments of internal processes to ensure compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Engineering, IT, or Business degree preferred • Six Sigma BLACK Belt certification is required • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, 5S, and Theory of Constraints (preferred) • Knowledge of Business Process Reengineering (preferred) • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, BPM, BI, and basic statistical analysis tools (preferred) • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills • Full English language proficiency • Strong analytical and questioning skills to understand client needs and priorities • Strong representation and ambassadorship for Qualfon • Willingness to travel
