• This position is responsible for developing high-quality courses for online and hybrid environments for the training department across the organization. • It works closely with the Vice President of Training and supervises the curriculum team. • Plan, organize, and conduct workshops for new content designs or programs. • Coordinate and implement curriculums. • Collaborate with SMEs to develop online courses that meet quality assurance standards. • Supervise and ensure the quality of work produced by the Instructional Design team. • Review coursework for training requirements. • Proofread, approve, and maintain curriculum developed by the team. • Analyze learner performance data to improve retention. • Assess and discuss curriculum standards with stakeholders. • Design onboarding curriculum for new hires. • Recommend teaching techniques and new technologies. • Develop procedures for facilitators to implement curriculum. • Mentor or coach the Instructional Design team. • Coordinate project plans and track progress. • Review and approve course content in client LMS. • Collaborate with Partnerships and Business Development teams. • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience required. • Knowledge of performance-based instructional design. • Experience with Adobe Captivate, Prime, and instructional design methodology preferred. • Sales training experience preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a college/university or corporate training environment. • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and work in a diverse team. • Promotes an inclusive environment that celebrates differences. • Communicates effectively and respectfully across diverse cultural backgrounds.
