📋 Description
• Negotiate customer agreements to facilitate efficient commercial transactions. • Draft and update contract templates to align with current business requirements and regulatory standards. • Review and negotiate vendor agreements to mitigate risk and align with internal policies. • Support contract lifecycle management as needed. • Support General Counsel in managing corporate governance and compliance matters.
🎯 Requirements
• JD and membership in at least one US state bar. • 1-3 years legal experience as in-house counsel or at a law firm. • Experience with SaaS transactions and negotiating MSAs, subscription agreements, services agreements, etc. • Experience with global data protection laws and negotiating DPAs. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner. • Strong business acumen and an ability to understand and address legal issues from a commercial perspective. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
