📋 Description
• Impulsar la transformación y modernización de los procesos contables. • Supervisar la contabilidad general y el registro de operaciones financieras. • Preparar, administrar y revisar nóminas. • Elaborar, analizar y presentar estados financieros conforme a IFRS / NIF. • Coordinar y atender auditorías internas y externas. • Gestionar el cálculo y presentación de impuestos (ISR, IVA, retenciones, etc.). • Implementar mejoras en procesos contables y automatización de reportes. • Realizar análisis financieros para la toma de decisiones estratégicas. • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo contable.
🎯 Requirements
• Licenciatura en Contaduría, Finanzas o carrera afín. • Más de 5 años de experiencia en contabilidad general o en roles de liderazgo contable. • Experiencia en empresas del sector financiero • Dominio en cumplimiento fiscal e impuestos corporativos. • Conocimiento avanzado en nómina, Excel y normas IFRS / NIF. • Habilidades de liderazgo, organización y comunicación efectiva. • Inglés intermedio o avanzado (nice to have).
