📋 Description

• Analyze KPIs and metrics for e-commerce • Implement custom events, dimensions, metrics, goals and general tagging • Map requirements and propose/structure datamarts according to best practices • Evaluate and utilize potential company data sources (internal and external) • Map company processes and propose/build business dashboards and KPIs • Responsible for building dashboards using tools such as Data Studio, Power BI and similar platforms • Conduct keyword research and analysis aligned with client strategies • Propose improvements and optimize dashboards for different devices (desktop, mobile and tablet) • Work closely with other team members to meet client objectives • Participate in the development of policies and processes for data collection and analysis • Deliver training on the use of dashboards and BI tools to internal and external clients • Assist in creating and maintaining unified data stores (Data Lake, Data Warehouse and similar), in BI architecture projects and advanced extraction and data processing workflows, and in projects based on predictive analytics, big data, customer matching and general statistical analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) • Data Analytics (analysis strategy) • Experience with e-commerce metrics/KPIs • Implementation of events and tags using Google Tag Manager • Experience with BI tools and their languages (Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker and similar) • Strong knowledge of data, and experience developing and implementing KPIs • Experience with database tools (SQL, Oracle and similar) • Knowledge of data storage architecture (On-Premise, Cloud) • Knowledge of implementing automated processes
