📋 Description

• Own the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, enablement, engagement, retention, and expansion • Serve as the strategic point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers • Lead Customer Objective Reviews to align stakeholders on goals, metrics, and measurable outcomes • Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and drive renewals and expansion through demonstrated value • Support pre-sales and proof-of-concept efforts by mapping customer business needs to product capabilities • Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing Product and Engineering with structured, actionable feedback • Collaborate with founders, engineers, Sales, Product, and Engineering in an early-stage startup environment • Help shape how the company scales, rather than following an established blueprint

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a strategic, customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Forward Deployed Engineering, Strategic Account Management, or Client Partner (preferably in B2B SaaS) • Experience managing complex enterprise relationships, ideally including Fortune 500 organizations • Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships, align on business value, and maintain customer health over time • Exceptional communication skills, including translating broad business objectives into actionable technical conversations and explaining technical features in support of strategic goals • Comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and Engineering in fast-moving environments • Strong bias toward ownership and action • Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and dbt is nice to have • SQL proficiency or conceptual comfort with data profiling and quality principles is nice to have • Experience with data quality, data governance, or observability platforms is nice to have • Past support of technical POCs or evaluations alongside Sales or Solutions Engineering is nice to have • Experience working with Product and Engineering in a feedback-driven environment is nice to have
