📋 Description

• Join our award-winning IT team as we lead the way in digital, cloud, and security technology services. • Play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions for our biggest client, Canada’s leading telecommunications, tech, and media corporation. • Empower our Qmunity and provide a workplace where they can flourish and grow. • Work with delivery and support teams to automate scripts that exist to minimize production impacts (example auto disk space saturation). • Train dev-ops teams on Dynatrace. • Transition all our Dynatrace dashboards to SAS when we deploy Dynatrace SAS.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in creating dashboards and analyzing data in Dynatrace Managed and Dynatrace SaaS. • At least 3-5 years of experience in building and managing Ansible playbooks. • Experience in integrating Dynatrace with Ansible and ServiceNow. • Must be able to run meetings, document processes and can train others. • If no experience with Dynatrace, candidate must have experience with Ansible and ServiceNow.
