📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic advisor for complex enterprise accounts, aligning digital strategies with business outcomes and driving retention, renewals, and partnership growth. • Leverage AI to automate analytical workflows and create scalable, productized service offerings and repeatable frameworks. • Lead domain activation in strategic accounts, including collaboration with IT and Engineering teams on Site Observability. • Synthesize quantitative data into digital and omnichannel optimization strategies, benchmarks, and customer roadmaps. • Serve as an enterprise subject matter expert for verticals and specialized use cases on high-stakes client engagements. • Mentor consultants, lead team enablement, develop vertical playbooks, and share domain expertise globally. • Identify and remediate strategic account risks, design recovery strategies, re-establish executive alignment, and protect renewals. • Lead customer activation through enablement and operationalization of the Quantum Metric platform. • Deliver tailored training, guide customers in applying the technology, and provide quantitative analysis translating insights into action. • Manage strategic and complex customer accounts and build lasting client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep specialized domain expertise in at least one enterprise area: Site Observability & Technical Performance, Contact & Call Center Optimization, or Internal Applications & Employee Experience • Experience partnering with SRE, IT, and Engineering teams to monitor digital experience performance, client-side/API errors, and application stability • Experience using experience data to drive call deflection, reduce Average Handle Time (AHT), and optimize omnichannel agent workflows, including Salesforce integrations • Ability to apply digital analytics to internal enterprise tools to streamline workflows and improve employee productivity • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies such as Claude Code, AI CLI tools, and LLM prompts to streamline processes and automate analytical workflows • Strong resourcefulness, technical troubleshooting ability, and ability to work independently through ambiguity • Proficiency in reading, writing, interpreting, and auditing complex SQL queries and data engineering pipelines • 8+ years of professional experience in digital analytics, digital product management, management/technology consulting, or a related field • Proven track record transforming complex data into executive-level business outcomes • Advanced ability to analyze large, un-aggregated quantitative datasets and solve ambiguous, high-stakes business challenges • Experience acting as a trusted domain advisor and interfacing with C-suite stakeholders • Exceptional verbal and written communication and executive presentation abilities • Confidence facilitating strategic workshops, executive briefings, and large-group enablement sessions of 50+ participants • Highly proactive and collaborative across global accounts • Ability to travel up to 10% for customer visits, onsite enablement, executive sessions, and strategic workshops
