📋 Description

• Managing the creative process: coordinating designers' work, writing briefs, and overseeing deadlines and quality • In-depth study of the target audience: analyzing user needs and pain points, and working closely with UX researchers and analysts • Competitive landscape research: analyzing creatives in adjacent niches, identifying trends, and generating new ideas • Working with analytics: evaluating creative performance, adjusting approaches based on metrics, and developing frameworks for the most successful solutions • Initiative and process improvement: exploring new formats and concepts and building a creative team from scratch

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role • Experience in performance marketing • Experience working with English-speaking Tier 1 markets • Confident use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Veed, etc.) • Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze large volumes of information and draw conclusions • Structured approach and ability to build processes • Creativity and ability to consistently generate high-quality ideas and hypotheses • Fluent English
