📋 Description

• Set the vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across their full lifecycle • Build capabilities for reuse across products and new markets • Become a subject matter expert on health-plan operations and translate them into payer-workflow capabilities • Prioritize platform work based on internal product teams, clients, and company strategy • Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies • Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers • Maintain integrated plans, risk logs, and decision records • Drive cross-team deliverables with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance • Brief executives and stakeholders with updates and recommendations • Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements, including HIPAA protection of PHI • Use AI and emerging technologies while maintaining data integrity and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience • Strong Product Management fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management • Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable platforms • Ability to follow and contribute to architecture discussions with engineers • Proven system for tracking plans, risks, and dependencies across teams • Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams • Experience partnering closely with Engineering and technical teams • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and nontechnical audiences • Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM tools • Healthcare experience preferred • Familiarity with network adequacy or provider data standards preferred • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available
