📋 Description

• QuesTek Innovations LLC seeks a dynamic Client Solutions Engineer to join our Commercialization team. • Primary responsibility: providing both technical and sales support for QuesTek’s cloud-based ICMD® software. • Key role in supporting software sales efforts, delivering high-impact demonstrations, conducting trainings, and providing technical assistance. • Work with sales and technical teams to communicate modeling and consulting services, structure engagement scopes, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Travel to client sites is required to present solutions and assist during sales meetings. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to deliver comprehensive support.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in an engineering discipline (materials, mechanical, aerospace preferred) • Experience with technical support for SaaS / software products • Client-facing experience in an engineering field • Demonstrated ability to define complex technical concepts, identify applicable solutions, and articulate results to internal and external audiences • Understanding of fundamental thermodynamics, kinetics, and mechanics of materials • Familiarity with Integrated Computational Materials Engineering (ICME) • Self-driven and demonstrated history of situational leadership • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to act expeditiously and decisively • Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
