📋 Description
• Responsible for sales and education of durable medical and respiratory equipment • Produce formal ride-along reviews following field sessions • Attend lunches, networking functions, health fairs, and clinical 'In-services' • Facilitate training for new hires and support during onboarding
🎯 Requirements
• 3-4 days per week conducting structured ride-alongs with sales representatives • Daily tactical support and operational direction for assigned field reps • Establish clear performance goals and quotas for sales representatives • Analyze field performance metrics to identify market opportunities • Conduct targeted weekly conference calls with underperforming reps
