• Location: Remote – Onsite locations available for Quipt Home Medical. • Role: Experienced IT Support / Helpdesk Technician, full-time in a remote capacity. • You’ll support end users across multiple systems, platforms, and devices and help power the national home medical equipment network. • Respond to internal helpdesk tickets, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. • Perform workstation imaging, deployment, upgrades, and repairs; support desktops, laptops, printers, servers, routers, scanners, cell phones, tablets, and more. • Onboard/offboard staff; maintain asset tracking through RMM/MDM and internal docs. • Support LAN/WAN operations and assist in VoIP PBX systems and porting. • Monitor ticket trends, escalate systemic issues, and participate in IT projects; uphold HIPAA/HITECH security protocols and compliance standards.
• Required: High school diploma or equivalent. • Preferred: Bachelor's in Information Systems or a related field. • Experience: At least 2+ years in a technical support/helpdesk or IT admin role. • Proficiency in Windows (desktop & server), Active Directory, Office 365, and ticketing systems. • Strong understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and network infrastructure (routers/switches). • Familiarity with Unix/Linux, scripting (SSH, SSL, PowerShell), and VoIP systems is a big plus. • Excellent documentation and communication skills. • Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and thrive independently or as part of a team.
