📋 Description

• Support Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, and Garnet Hill brands by answering inbound customer calls • Problem-solve and de-escalate unique customer situations • Promote products and improve sales while maintaining a high-paced call volume • Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries • Participate in the required upselling program by identifying customer needs and making compelling offers • Recommend relevant products during every interaction • Answer customer questions while personalizing the experience for each caller • Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data • Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Indiana, Ohio, or Kentucky • 12+ months of service experience • Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment • Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day • Ability to communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders • Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens • Follow computer system requirements, including providing your own Microsoft PC • Ability to troubleshoot own technical problems, in partnership with IT when needed • Full-time availability for a 40-hour work schedule including a weekly weekend shift • Participate in the required upselling program
