📋 Description

• Help design and optimize consulting delivery processes in coordination with internal teams. • Engage with customers and support decision-making with data-driven insights. • Responsible for use case business case quantification by identifying business objectives and quantifying benefits and ROI. • Lead and mentor Forward Deployed Process Consultants. • Collaborate to create product roadmaps and implementation plans. • Support the development of training and change management plans. • Provide technical product and operational leadership throughout the solution lifecycle. • Evaluate emerging opportunities and recommend future use case business cases.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with healthcare operations or enterprise software environments preferred. • Adept with AI tools and enthusiastic about the convergence of technology and operations. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
