• Support all race, test, simulator and rig activities • Work on performance controls to optimize the performance of car and driver • Provide pre & post event simulation, analysis and key performance metrics of car performance in race and test events • Run simulator sessions for car development, race preparation and post-race correlation • Develop the simulator to improve correlation to track
• Degree in engineering or comparable higher education • At least 3 years’ experience in high level motor sports • Good theoretical knowledge in the field of vehicle dynamics • Knowledge of measurement technology application tools • Practical experience in the use of commercial software such as MATLAB • Knowledge of data analysis programs • Good communication skills • Time flexibility, absolute willingness to travel, especially on weekends • Ability to work in a team and independently with a high level of commitment
