📋 Description
• Act as the main escalation point for Azure infrastructure issues, ensuring fast and effective resolution • Collaborate with customer engineering teams to provide best practices and improve deployment reliability and cost efficiency. • Write and modify basic Terraform scripts to support infrastructure automation. • Work closely with Lead Engineers, Delivery Leads, and offshore support teams in a matrixed environment to ensure seamless service delivery. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to L1 support engineers. • Translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and leadership. • Provide detailed incident and root-cause analysis reports for Azure infrastructure issues.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) • Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services in technical support or engineering role • Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert • Skills: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, observability, and security best practices • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
