📋 Description

• Help clinics successfully adopt Radformation’s software and build efficient, safe, and scalable radiation oncology workflows. • Work closely with Sales, Product, IT, and Engineering teams to deliver successful implementations, support customers, and continuously improve products based on real-world clinical feedback. • Partner with Sales to deliver customized product demonstrations to prospective clinics. • Lead and organize software implementations, including coordinating with internal and customer IT teams. • Train and mentor new clinic users to ensure successful adoption and long-term success. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues independently and in collaboration with Engineering. • Host webinars and create training materials to educate clinics and highlight product capabilities. • Test new software releases and provide feedback to support development and quality assurance. • Build strong relationships with clinical teams and act as a trusted partner in their workflow optimization. • Represent Radformation at trade shows and industry events across North America as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of clinical dosimetry experience using Eclipse TPS • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Positive attitude and passion for excellence in patient care • 5+ years of clinical dosimetry experience (preferred) • Teaching or training experience in dosimetry (preferred) • Customer-facing or customer service experience (preferred) • Project management experience (preferred)
