• Develop and execute your proprietary trading strategies aimed at generating consistent profits while adhering to risk management guidelines and regulatory requirements • Manage your own trading book with access to multiple exchanges and asset classes • Conduct data analysis to improve both your performance and that of the team • Share market insights and developments across the global trading team • Research, develop, and implement new alpha-generating strategies
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Finance, Engineering, Statistics or a related field • Proven track record of profitability as a trader for at least two years • Proficiency in numerical and statistical analysis concepts • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn, understand, and apply new concepts quickly • Proven self-starter • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
