• Manage the Overhead Contact System (OCS) scope from design through construction, testing, and commissioning • Manage OCS scope, design, procurement, installation, and testing to meet project and customer requirements • Oversee OCS subcontractors, billings, change proposals, and project closeout documentation • Support Construction Managers with installation plans, drawings, and QA/QC compliance • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of OCS and Traction Power equipment • Manage testing, commissioning, and integrated systems testing • Maintain relationships with owners, contractors, and subcontractors • Promote team discipline, morale, and collaboration
• 5–10 years’ experience in rail projects, Signal/Train Control required • Electrical PE preferred • Knowledge of current electrical codes and standards • Thorough understanding of Signal/Train Control systems used in transit • Proficient in Microsoft Office • CADD experience preferred • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines • Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities • Transparent communication • Willingness to travel • Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines • Ability to frequently sit for long periods • Ability to frequently speak, read, write, and use a computer keyboard • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, lift, stoop, or bend
