📋 Description

• Develop and maintain interactive, efficient Power BI dashboards to support strategic marketing decisions; • Monitor and analyze campaign performance KPIs, such as acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion; • Work with large volumes of data using Databricks and Azure Data Lake; • Conduct exploratory and predictive analyses to identify opportunities to optimize campaigns; • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions; • Ensure the quality, integrity, and governance of the data used in analyses; • Automate processes for data collection, processing, and visualization; • Participate in defining metrics and OKRs related to Shell Box performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and report publishing; • Proficiency with Databricks and Azure data architecture; • Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis; • Experience with digital marketing metrics and strategies (CRM, campaigns, conversion funnel, etc.); • Ability to turn data into actionable insights for business areas; • Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. • Previous experience in data projects for mobile apps or loyalty programs; • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); • Experience with A/B testing and experiment analysis.
