• You will work directly with the founding team on growth marketing, communication, and acquisition, with real scope to test and learn: • Launch targeted outbound campaigns (emailing, LinkedIn outreach, automated sequences) • Monitor and A/B test sequences • Lead qualification & nurturing via HubSpot, Intercom, or Customer.io • Track performance analytics and reporting • Create content for LinkedIn related to our news, offers, and HR & Tech trends • Create, send, and optimize newsletters (Customer.io or HubSpot) • Monitor performance KPIs: open rate, clicks, impressions, conversion, etc. • Help organize Tech/HR events, online or in-person • Handle logistics and pre/post-event communication • Activate at trade shows (before and during) • Publish & edit A/B-tested pages on Webflow • Optimize SEO for content (blog, product pages, etc.) and run A/B tests via Webflow • Create marketing assets (landing pages, visuals) • Manage social channels: Facebook, Instagram, X • Produce graphics using Figma, Canva, or similar tools • Contribute to the creation of visual materials (guides, templates, ads)
• You are curious, analytical, and autonomous • You are proficient with or comfortable using tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, Webflow, Customer.io • You can set up a clear analytics logic (not just execute, but understand why and improve) • You have a strong sense for content and an appetite for design or branding • You are attracted to the startup world, with a genuine test-and-learn culture
