📋 Description
• Lead the migration of content from SharePoint to connect’s new Knowledge Base • Develop a clear framework, tone of voice, and supporting guidance for contributors across the business • Craft and deliver engaging, relevant internal comms, from campaign content and colleague updates to resources that support managers and teams • Help elevate the Mecca brand through compelling storytelling on Mecca’s LinkedIn.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in an internal comms role is preferred • Proficiency in using software to enhance internal comms • Experience delivering internal comms across a multi-site business • Strong project management abilities • Experience in creating and managing comms plans • Experience of engaging others during the delivery of significant change projects • Excellent writing and proofreading skills • Ability to manage confidential information • Collaborative problem-solving skills • Confidence to challenge decisions not in the best interests of colleagues • Keen eye for detail.
