📋 Description

• Write code to enhance the Rasa Copilot and Rasa Pro codebase (Python) • Design experiments, run them, analyse results and update on LLM prompts • Contribute to the design and implementation of our evaluation system • Work closely with Product Manager and Product Designer to improve UX and build features • Participate in engineering refinement sessions and provide input • Communicate proactively about progress, blockers and ideas • Collaborate with cross-functional team including backend, full-stack, ML engineers and QA

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building ML systems and features • Familiar with modern LLM-based frameworks and protocols (e.g. MCP, A2A) • Experience running experiments and following evaluation protocols • Curious about machine learning and building commercial software • Comfortable being lean and fixing problems proactively • Effective communication within a team • Must be located in and a resident of the location(s) listed
