📋 Description

• Build and evolve Rasa’s core Conversational AI engine, leveraging LLMs • Lead architecture decisions and algorithm implementations • Collaborate with engineers in your team and across the organization • Develop new machine learning tools that help developers build great conversational software • Take responsibility for feature work beyond just implementation • Contribute to good architectural designs and quality code • Mentor junior developers and help them develop great software engineering skills • Navigate our tech stack including Python, LiteLLM, vLLM, HuggingFace, Unsloth, Milvus, TensorFlow, Transformers, Dask, Redis, Postgres, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in designing and building complex machine learning systems for natural language processing applications • Experience teaching & communicating technical material • Advanced knowledge in Python or another programming language and experience with LLMs • Ability to think ahead and anticipate technological challenges • Comfortable with the mathematics behind machine learning
