📋 Description

• Handle all aspects of litigation • Manage own case load • Review of correspondence, and files to determine whether they are suit appropriate • Prepare discovery and disposition motions • Conduct trials and represent clients in pre-judgment and post-judgment matters • Attend court hearings • Provide analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks • Engage in risk analysis and develop strategies that adhere to state and federal rules and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in litigation • Background in civil litigation • Knowledge of federal, state and local laws • Experience in collection law and/or significant courtroom experience is preferred • Ability to draft legal pleadings, motions, discovery, stipulations, etc. • Knowledge in Bankruptcy Law, Foreclosure Law or the FDCPA/FCRA/TCPA is a plus • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize and organize high volumes of information • Licensed to practice law in Wyoming or Montana
