• Develop and grow Ravago Resale’s customer base in Germany, with a strong focus on new business acquisition • Manage an existing portfolio of accounts and actively expand it through targeted prospecting • Visit customers and prospects across a large and diverse territory, ensuring strong market presence and coverage • Reactivate dormant accounts and strengthen relationships with underutilized customers • Report directly to the Sales Lead Manager and collaborate closely with the wider Ravago Resale team in Europe • Operate autonomously from home, with the freedom to plan your customer visits and commercial strategy
• 4–7 years of experience in a B2B sales role • Experience with plastic converters or materials distribution is a strong plus • Demonstrable success in developing sales territories, winning new clients, and delivering on commercial targets • Ability to operate independently in a remote, decentralized environment • Natural relationship builder who thrives in client-facing roles • Based in southern Germany, preferably within reach of Frankfurt or Munich • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
